Equipment Return Policy:

 

We accept returns of equipment within 30 days of the original delivery date. All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Equipment must be returned in working condition and include all original components, accessories, and packaging where applicable.

 

After 30 days from the original delivery date, equipment that is in working order is no longer eligible for return or refund.

 

We reserve the right to inspect all returned equipment prior to issuing any refund or determining return eligibility.

 

For return requests or questions regarding equipment returns, please contact our support team before shipping any equipment back.

 

  • Suede will absorb the shipping costs as we do not currently have a simple way to charge merchants for return shipping.
  • An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required for all returns to help track returned equipment.
  • Additional terminal supplies such as receipt paper rolls, SIM cards, or customized signage are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • All encryption fees and setup fees are non-refundable.
